**The performer 5 class pack is designed for local artists that are actively performing in the community. This class has special expirations based on the timeline of your show. Please see the FAQ for more details.
Memberships
rolling monthly membership - 4 classes per month
rolling monthly membership - 8 classes per month
rolling one month unlimited
All memberships are recurring monthly memberships. 14 day notice prior to next billing cycle via email is required to cancel membership. Memberships are subject to no show/late cancel fees
Physical Therapy and Wellness Services
Both physical therapy and wellness sessions require initial evaluation or assessment. Treatment price is all inclusive for all forms of treatment. All treatments are at the discretion of the therapist based on perceived need.
