We offer a variety of mat Pilates based and dance classes, along with cash based physical therapy and wellness services.

We offer classes at all levels to meet you where you are in your fitness journey. Some of our classes are considered all levels, while some are specifically catered more to beginner or advanced students. Read each class description to see if the level seems like an appropriate match for you.

We recommend you wear whatever you feel comfortable moving in. Some people prefer more fitted athletic attire, while some prefer to wear something loose. Some classes require specific clothing, such as grip socks or certain shoes. Please read the class description for more details on what to wear.

You can schedule your classes up to 2 weeks in advance using our scheduling platform, Momence. This can be accessed either directly from the website or through the Momence app.

We cohabitate with Arkansas Academy of Dance at 518 South Main St in downtown Little Rock. All of our classes and services are housed within their studio space.

Street parking is available both in front of the studio and around the block. Parking is free after 6pm Monday-Friday and free all day Saturday and Sunday. Otherwise, you can pay for parking using the Park Mobile app. It is ~$2 for an hour of parking.

General Pricing FAQ

Your membership is billed at the time of purchase and becomes active immediately. It will automatically renew on the same date each billing cycle.

To keep our memberships simple and consistent, they are not designed to be paused. That said, we’re always here for you—short-term holds may be considered for injury, medical circumstances, or extended travel. Just reach out ahead of time and we’ll work with you.

Yes—memberships can be canceled at any time. Please send an email to info@themovementlab.co 14 days prior to your next billing date in order to avoid being charged for the following cycle.

Yes—each class pack has Its own expiration: 3 class Into pack - 1 month, 5 class pack - 2 months, 10 class pack - 6 months. Class packs become active once a class Is scheduled, not when purchased.

No—memberships renew monthly and do not roll over. This helps us keep class availability consistent and ensures all members have access to book.

No—credits are non-transferable and must be used by the original purchaser.

Late cancellations or missed classes for those with memberships will result in a $10 no-show fee. The late cancel window is 6 hours prior to the start of class. Clients that miss class when using a class pack will lose a class credit.
Performer Class Pack FAQ

The performer class pack Is a 5 class pack specifically for those actively Involved In local performances and productions.

There is no limit to how many you can purchase, but this package has an expiration based on your show schedule.

Once you are cast In a production, you are eligible to purchase this package. These classes expire 1 month after the closing of your show.

Physical Therapy + Wellness Pricing FAQ

We are a cash-based practice and do not bill insurance directly. This allows us to provide more personalized, one-on-one care without the limitations often required by insurance companies.

Yes—while we don’t bill insurance directly, we can provide you with a superbill that you may submit to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement. Coverage varies depending on your plan and reimbursement Is not guaranteed. A superbill request must be made at the initial evaluation.

A superbill is a detailed receipt of services that you can submit to your insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement.

Each session is one-on-one with a licensed physical therapist and may include movement assessment, hands-on treatment, corrective exercise, and a personalized plan tailored to your goals. An Initial evaluation appointment Is required for all new clients. Other treatments may Include use of BFR, IASTM, dry needling, and cupping. Wellness sessions are structured more similarly to personal training and may not include therapy based treatments.

Sessions are 45 minutes, 60 minutes, or 75 minutes depending on which session Is booked. Initial evaluation sessions are 60 minutes. After Initial evaluation, the therapist will be able to advise which session length Is best for you.

Arkansas is a “direct access” state, meaning no referral Is required to see a licensed physical therapist. Some Insurances may require referral for reimbursement. Contact your Insurance provider directly to see If this applies to you.

Payment is due at the time of booking. Credits can be purchased like regular classes online and scheduling will be set via email. Once purchased, email Info@themovementlab.co to schedule your appointment.

Based on Medicare guidelines, you may not pay cash for services covered by Medicare. Therefore, you may not book a physical therapy session. You can, however, schedule a wellness session for general wellness or maintenance.
