The Movement Lab


This 50 minute mat Pilates–based class is our signature class that blends core-focused strength, mobility, and controlled, low-impact intensity. This class will emphasize tempo, stability, and layering progressions to build smart strength from the inside out.

The Foundations Lab


This beginner-friendly, 45 minute mat Pilates based class introduces the core principles behind The Movement Lab method. You’ll learn proper alignment, breath work, and foundational movement patterns while building strength, stability, and body awareness at a supportive pace.

The Advanced Lab


In this 50 minute advanced class, we take everything you love about The Movement Lab — and level it up. This advanced mat Pilates based class builds on foundational strength with more complex sequencing, longer endurance sets, and deeper core challenges. Expect slower tempos, extended holds, and layered progressions that demand focus, control, and stamina.

The Choreo Lab


The Choreo Lab is a 55 minute all-levels dance class focused on learning and performing a simple piece of choreography in a fun, supportive, and judgment-free environment. Each session features original choreography that incorporates a variety of dance styles, giving dancers the opportunity to expand their movement vocabulary and develop versatility. Throughout class, dancers will work on technique, musicality, performance quality, and movement retention while building confidence in a safe and engaging environment.
